5.5 Authorized Users
If an Account permits multiple authorized users, administrators, delegates, or API clients, you are responsible for all actions taken by those persons or systems.

Please see the domain pricing page here for pricing and minimum renewal term lengths.

Auto-Renewal Authorization, Disclosures, and Cancellation
You authorize DNX to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for each renewal term until you cancel. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions providing similar statutory rights may have a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within a statutory cooling-off period. Where such a right applies, you may lose it once performance of the Service has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby waive the right of withdrawal. Nothing in this Article limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal right available to you under mandatory consumer-protection law.
ARTICLE 10
Domain Registration Services
DNX provides registrar services subject to:
ICANN requirements;
registry operator requirements;
applicable registry agreements;
consensus policies;
temporary specifications;
registry-specific policies; and
Applicable Law.
Registration of a requested Domain Name is not guaranteed until:
payment has been received;
registry acceptance has occurred;
all technical requirements have been satisfied; and
confirmation has been issued by DNX.
Availability displayed through the Website is informational only and does not reserve any Domain Name.
ARTICLE 11
Registrant Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
selecting Domain Names;
ensuring that registrations do not infringe third-party rights;
maintaining accurate registration information;
complying with ICANN policies;
monitoring renewal dates;
configuring DNS;
maintaining nameserver functionality;
ensuring lawful use of registered domains; and
complying with registry-specific eligibility requirements.
DNX does not investigate trademark availability, intellectual property rights, or legal entitlement before registering a Domain Name.
Registration does not constitute legal approval or confirmation that use of a Domain Name is lawful.
Uniform Dispute Resolution Policies
You agree to be bound by ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS), and any other dispute-resolution or rights-protection policy required by ICANN or the applicable Registry, each as amended from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that these policies may require you to submit to proceedings regarding a Domain Name and that a Domain Name may be suspended, cancelled, or transferred pursuant to those proceedings.
Domain Name Transfers
Transfers of Domain Names to or from DNX are governed by ICANN's Transfer Policy and applicable Registry requirements. You acknowledge that a Domain Name may be subject to a transfer-lock period following registration, transfer, or a change of registrant, and that DNX may deny or reverse a transfer where required or permitted by ICANN policy, Registry rules, or Applicable Law, including to address fraud, disputes, or unauthorized changes. Upon your request and subject to verification, DNX will provide the authorization code or other credentials necessary to transfer an eligible Domain Name to another registrar.
Expiration, Renewal, and Redemption
DNX's fees and procedures for renewing, deleting, restoring, and redeeming Domain Names, including any redemption or restoration fees and the applicable grace and redemption periods can be found here. Where required by ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy, DNX will provide renewal reminders before and after expiration and will make renewal available during the applicable periods. You are responsible for renewing before expiration; a Domain Name that is not renewed may be suspended, deleted, or made available for registration by others.
Accuracy of Registration Data
You represent that the information you provide for any Domain Name registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it accurate. You acknowledge that the willful provision of inaccurate or unreliable information, the failure to update information within the required time, or the failure to respond for over fifteen (15) days to inquiries concerning the accuracy of registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or cancellation of the registration. ICANN and the applicable Registry operators are intended third-party beneficiaries of the representations in this Section.
Registrant Rights and Resources
Additional information about your rights and responsibilities as a registrant, including ICANN's Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities Specification and Registrant Educational materials, is made available through DNX.com. DNX maintains an abuse point of contact and complies with its obligations under the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement.

ARTICLE 26
Suspension and Termination
26.1 Suspension
DNX may suspend access to any Service immediately, with or without prior notice, whenever DNX reasonably determines that suspension is necessary to:

protect Customers;
investigate suspected misconduct;
prevent fraud;
address security incidents;
preserve system integrity;
enforce these Terms; or
protect the rights, property, or safety of DNX or others.
26.2 Termination by Customer
You may terminate your Account at any time by following DNX's published account closure procedures.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations.
26.3 Termination by DNX
DNX may terminate these Terms or any Service, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice if:
you materially breach these Terms;
required payments remain outstanding;
fraudulent conduct is suspected;

Customer Data may be retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Applicable Law, registry obligations, backup procedures, or dispute preservation requirements; and
provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain enforceable.
ARTICLE 27
Dispute Resolution
27.1 Good Faith Resolution
Before commencing arbitration, each party agrees to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations by providing written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.
Unless emergency relief is required, the parties shall allow at least thirty (30) days for informal resolution before commencing arbitration.
27.2 Binding Arbitration
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable Commercial Arbitration Rules or Consumer Arbitration Rules, as appropriate.
Unless otherwise required by Applicable Law, the seat of arbitration shall be St. Johns County, Florida, and the arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine issues relating to arbitrability, enforceability, interpretation, and scope of this arbitration agreement.
Judgment upon the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction having authority over small claims matters, provided the claim remains within that court's jurisdictional limits and is pursued solely on an individual basis.
27.4 Injunctive Relief
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other rights where monetary damages would be inadequate.
27.5 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, each party agrees that all disputes shall be resolved solely on an individual basis.
Neither party may participate as a plaintiff, claimant, class representative, or class member in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, mass arbitration, or consolidated proceeding.
The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims involving different customers or to preside over any representative proceeding.
27.6 Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, each party knowingly and voluntarily waives any right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
27.7 Arbitration Costs
Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the applicable AAA rules.
27.8 Right to Opt Out
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and the class-action waiver in this Article by sending written notice within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, using the contact method published on DNX.com. Your notice must include your name, Account information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
27.9 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Article deprives a consumer of any non-waivable right to bring proceedings in the courts of, or under the mandatory law of, the consumer's country of residence. To the extent any provision of this Article is unenforceable as to a particular dispute or party, it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue to apply.
ARTICLE 28
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any judicial proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving St. Johns County, Florida, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
ARTICLE 29
Force Majeure
DNX shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, Internet failures, registry outages, telecommunications failures, governmental actions, sanctions, power failures, civil unrest, or failures of third-party service providers.
Where reasonably practicable, DNX will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume affected Services promptly following the cessation of the force majeure event.
ARTICLE 30

These Terms, together with all documents incorporated by reference—including the Privacy Policy, Domain Registration Agreement, Marketplace Terms, Brokerage Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Abuse Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Addendum, ICANN-related policies, and any applicable Order Forms or Service-Specific Terms—constitute the entire agreement between you and DNX concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to their subject matter.
30.2 Amendments
DNX may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective upon the date specified in the updated Terms or, where required by Applicable Law, following reasonable notice.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
30.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
30.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without the prior written consent of DNX.
DNX may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
30.5 No Waiver
Failure by DNX to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
30.6 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing contained in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, or franchise between the parties.
30.7 Notices
Legal notices to DNX shall be sent to the contact address designated on DNX.com or to any successor address designated by DNX for legal notices.
Electronic notices provided through your Account, by email, or through the Services shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
30.8 Headings
Section headings are included solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

ARTICLE 31
Mystery Box Domain Registration Program
31.1 Program Overview
Media Revolution Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as DNX ("DNX"), operates a domain registration offering called the "Mystery Box" (the "Program").
Under the Program, Customers purchase packages containing a predetermined number of newly registered .com domain names. The individual domain names are randomly allocated from a finite, professionally curated collection of eligible and available domain names maintained by DNX (the "Selection Pool").
The identities of the domain names are not disclosed before purchase. Once the registrations have been successfully completed, the allocated names are revealed to the Customer and made accessible through the Customer's DNX Account.
Every successfully fulfilled package contains the advertised number of newly registered domain names.
The Program is offered as a domain registration product, not an investment product or an arrangement offering monetary prizes or guaranteed investment returns. DNX does not represent that the Program is exempt from laws governing randomized products or promotional activities in every jurisdiction.
Participation is voluntary and governed by these Terms, the DNX Domain Registration Agreement, applicable ICANN policies, Registry requirements, and Applicable Law.
31.2 Available Mystery Box Packages
Unless different terms are expressly disclosed before checkout, the following packages are offered:
Mystery Box Single Pack — $15 USD
(a) One (1) newly registered .com domain name.
(b) An optional buyback window of ten (10) minutes.
(c) A maximum of five (5) completed buybacks per calendar month.
Mystery Box Starter Pack — $100 USD
(a) Seven (7) newly registered .com domain names.
(b) An optional buyback window of ten (10) minutes.
(c) A maximum of three (3) completed buybacks per calendar month.
Mystery Box Portfolio Pack — $950 USD
(a) Seventy (70) newly registered .com domain names.
(b) An optional buyback window of thirty (30) minutes.
(c) A maximum of one (1) completed buyback per calendar month.
Each domain name is registered for an initial period of one (1) year, unless a different registration term is expressly disclosed before purchase.
Package prices cover the advertised initial domain registrations. They do not include future renewals, aftermarket transactions, brokerage services, or other supplementary products or services unless specifically disclosed.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges shall be identified before the Customer completes checkout.
DNX may change package offerings, prices, quantities, and availability prospectively. Changes shall not retroactively diminish the contractual rights associated with purchases already completed, except as required by Applicable Law.
31.3 Domain Curation, Random Selection, and Availability
All domain names distributed through the Program originate from a finite Selection Pool compiled and maintained by DNX.
DNX employs proprietary technology, automated assessments, and professional domain industry judgment to identify potential domain names for inclusion.
By participating, Customers acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Domain names are allocated from an established collection of eligible, available .com domain names rather than from every unregistered .com domain name.
(b) DNX establishes and applies its own proprietary standards for determining which domain names may enter the Selection Pool.
(c) The particular domain names delivered to a Customer are randomly allocated from the Selection Pool.
(d) Customers may not choose, exchange, substitute, or individually reject allocated domain names after completing a purchase. An eligible Customer may instead exercise the optional buyback for the entire package before the applicable deadline, provided the buyback right has not already terminated through an affirmative retention election.
(e) The Selection Pool contains a limited quantity of domain names, and DNX may replenish or modify its contents periodically at its discretion.
(f) DNX may display the number of domain names currently remaining in the Selection Pool. Such information is provided for reference and may change as names are allocated, reserved, added, or removed.
(g) A package may only be purchased when sufficient eligible names are available to fulfill its advertised registration quantity. If the Selection Pool contains too few names, the affected package shall become unavailable until adequate inventory is restored.
(h) DNX makes no commitment regarding when inventory will be replenished or when an unavailable package will become available again.
(i) All allocated domain names remain subject to successful registration with the applicable .com Registry.
(j) If an allocated name cannot be registered, DNX may replace it with another eligible name from the Selection Pool.
(k) Each successfully fulfilled purchase shall include the advertised quantity of newly registered .com domains. If DNX cannot fulfill that quantity, DNX shall cancel the affected transaction and return the applicable payment to the original payment method.
Selection Pool inclusion does not constitute a professional appraisal, confirmation of legal suitability, trademark clearance, warranty of quality, or assurance of resale value.
DNX does not represent that any domain name has a particular present or future aftermarket value.
All proprietary curation processes, algorithms, software, evaluation standards, and related systems remain the intellectual property of DNX or its licensors.
31.4 Domain Registration and Ownership Rights
Following successful registration and delivery, the Customer shall be identified as the Registered Name Holder of the domain names allocated through the purchased package, subject to the applicable Domain Registration Agreement.
Unless the Customer completes an eligible buyback, the Customer shall retain the ordinary registration rights associated with those domain names.
Subject to ICANN policies, Registry rules, Applicable Law, and these Terms, retained domain names may be managed, used, renewed, developed, listed for sale, sold, or transferred by the Customer.
The Customer remains responsible for subsequent renewal payments, accurate registration records, lawful use, and compliance with third-party intellectual property rights.
The Customer understands that a domain registration conveys contractual registration rights within the applicable domain registration system, rather than unrestricted or absolute ownership independent of that system.
31.5 Optional Buyback Guarantee
Qualifying Mystery Box purchases include an optional contractual buyback feature.
An eligible Customer may choose to relinquish all domain names received in a particular package to DNX Holdings LLC in exchange for DNX Store Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the qualifying package purchase price.
The applicable buyback periods are:
(a) Mystery Box Single Pack: ten (10) minutes.
(b) Mystery Box Starter Pack: ten (10) minutes.
(c) Mystery Box Portfolio Pack: thirty (30) minutes.
The applicable period begins only after every domain name in the package has been successfully registered, revealed, and made available for inspection within the Customer's DNX Account, together with access to the buyback option.
DNX's server-side transaction records shall determine the applicable commencement time and expiration deadline.
To exercise the buyback, the Customer must affirmatively submit a valid request through the designated DNX interface before the applicable deadline and before any final election to retain the domains.
A valid, timely election constitutes a binding agreement by the Customer to sell and reassign the entire applicable package to DNX Holdings LLC in exchange for the applicable Store Credit, subject to required authorizations and completion procedures.
The contractual buyback right terminates upon the earliest of:
(a) Expiration of the applicable buyback period;
(b) The Customer's affirmative confirmation of the designated "Keep Domains" option; or
(c) Successful submission of a valid buyback election, following which the transaction shall be processed under the applicable buyback provisions.
Where a Customer selects "Keep Domains," or the applicable buyback period expires without a valid buyback election, the domains shall remain registered to the Customer and the contractual buyback option shall no longer be available for that package.
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer expressly agrees to the automatic-retention procedure described in Sections 31.13 and 31.20, including the termination of the buyback option upon expiration without further action.
The buyback is a separate contractual acquisition of domain registration rights. It does not constitute a cancellation, deletion, refund, or reversal of the original domain registrations.
Only purchases meeting the Program's buyback eligibility requirements qualify for this guarantee.
Where a Customer has reached the applicable monthly allowance or otherwise does not qualify for a buyback, DNX shall clearly disclose that ineligibility before the Customer completes the purchase.
31.6 Buyback Consideration and Store Credit
Once an eligible buyback has been successfully completed, DNX shall provide Store Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the qualifying package purchase price.
The standard buyback amounts are:
(a) Mystery Box Single Pack: $15 USD.
(b) Mystery Box Starter Pack: $100 USD.
(c) Mystery Box Portfolio Pack: $950 USD.
Separately charged taxes and fees for additional services are excluded from contractual buyback consideration, unless expressly included in the applicable offer or required by Applicable Law.
Store Credit issued through the Program is subject to the following conditions:
(a) Credit shall be deposited into the Customer's DNX Account after the entire domain package has been successfully reassigned.
(b) Credit may only be applied toward eligible products and services sold directly through DNX.com. It may not be redeemed or spent outside the DNX Platform, except where Applicable Law requires otherwise.
(c) Credit is not redeemable for cash. It may not be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to a bank account, credit card, debit card, PayPal account, cryptocurrency wallet, or other external payment destination, or refunded to the original payment method, except as required by Applicable Law.
(d) Credit may not be sold, assigned, or transferred between Customer Accounts without prior written authorization from DNX, except where legally required.
(e) Store Credit shall not expire.
(f) Store Credit shall not incur inactivity, maintenance, dormancy, or other post-issuance fees.
(g) Store Credit shall remain redeemable even if the Mystery Box Program is subsequently discontinued, subject to Applicable Law.
By exercising a buyback, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the transaction involves the sale and reassignment of domain registration rights in return for restricted-use DNX Store Credit.
It is not a refund of the original purchase to the Customer's payment method.
The applicable redemption and withdrawal restrictions shall be disclosed clearly before purchase and again when the Customer elects to exercise the buyback.
A Customer may not receive both the contractual buyback consideration and an additional refund covering the same purchase amount.
Nothing in this Section limits mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, chargeback, or consumer protection rights. Where Applicable Law requires a monetary refund or repayment through the original payment method, DNX shall provide the legally required remedy rather than substitute Store Credit.
31.7 Monthly Buyback Limits
The following monthly limits apply to each Customer:
(a) Mystery Box Single Pack: five (5) completed buybacks per calendar month.
(b) Mystery Box Starter Pack: three (3) completed buybacks per calendar month.
(c) Mystery Box Portfolio Pack: one (1) completed buyback per calendar month.
Monthly allowances are calculated using calendar months measured in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Each package type has its own applicable monthly allowance. These allowances do not permit Customers to circumvent restrictions through multiple Accounts or other arrangements.
All Accounts owned or controlled by the same Customer shall be considered together when determining compliance with the applicable limits.
Customers may not bypass these limits by creating additional Accounts, using alternative payment methods, or arranging purchases through persons acting on their behalf.
Unused monthly buyback allowances do not accumulate or transfer into future calendar months.
Each completed buyback counts against the applicable monthly allowance, regardless of whether the resulting Store Credit has been used.
After exhausting a package's monthly buyback allowance, a Customer may continue purchasing that package if DNX permits such purchases. Any purchase that does not qualify for a buyback must be clearly identified as ineligible before payment is submitted.
31.8 Entire Package Buyback Requirement
The optional buyback applies only to the complete collection of domain names delivered through the corresponding Mystery Box purchase.
Partial package buybacks are prohibited.
To complete a buyback, the Customer must relinquish:
(a) The one (1) domain name included in a Mystery Box Single Pack;
(b) All seven (7) domain names included in a Mystery Box Starter Pack; or
(c) All seventy (70) domain names included in a Mystery Box Portfolio Pack.
Customers may not keep certain domain names while obtaining buyback consideration for the others.
A package may lose buyback eligibility if any included domain name has been transferred to another party, is subject to an unresolved ownership dispute, or cannot legally be reassigned.
After submitting a buyback request, the Customer shall not sell, pledge, transfer, encumber, or otherwise dispose of any domain included in the affected package.
31.9 Express Authorization for Automatic Domain Reassignment
When a Customer affirmatively exercises the optional buyback, the Customer expressly authorizes and directs Media Revolution Inc., doing business as DNX, to initiate the automatic reassignment of all domain names contained in the applicable Mystery Box purchase from the Customer's DNX Account to the designated DNX Holdings LLC Account.
DNX Holdings LLC is an affiliated entity established to acquire, hold, administer, and potentially resell domain name inventory.
The Customer specifically authorizes DNX to:
(a) Remove every domain name in the affected purchase from the Customer's DNX Account.
(b) Transfer administrative control of those domain names to the designated account belonging to DNX Holdings LLC.
(c) Change Registered Name Holder information to identify DNX Holdings LLC as the new registrant.
(d) Modify the associated registration contact information as necessary.
(e) Process the reassignment using DNX's internal registrar infrastructure.
(f) Perform the changes through automated batch processing or a series of individual automated transactions.
(g) Undertake reasonably necessary technical and administrative steps to fulfill the buyback agreement.
(h) Complete the reassignment without requiring separate account transfer requests or individual approvals for each domain, insofar as permitted by ICANN policies, applicable Registry requirements, and Applicable Law.
Submitting a valid buyback election constitutes express authorization for the entire package reassignment.
Additional affirmative actions shall not be necessary unless required by applicable policy or law.
The authorization applies exclusively to the domain names delivered in the particular Mystery Box purchase for which the Customer exercised the buyback.
DNX may not rely on this authorization to transfer unrelated domain names or other Customer property.
31.10 Designated Agent Authorization and ICANN Compliance
By exercising an eligible buyback, the Customer expressly appoints and authorizes Media Revolution Inc., doing business as DNX, to act as the Customer's Designated Agent for confirming and facilitating the applicable Change of Registrant under ICANN's Transfer Policy.
DNX may confirm the Change of Registrant on behalf of the Customer where permitted by the applicable policy and the Customer's express authorization.
DNX Holdings LLC, as the new registrant, must separately provide any required consent, either directly or through its authorized Designated Agent, and accept the applicable registration agreement.
DNX shall observe all applicable secure-confirmation, notification, verification, and record-retention requirements.
Customers acknowledge that:
(a) Reassigning the package may constitute a Change of Registrant under ICANN policy.
(b) A Change of Registrant may result in a sixty (60) day inter-registrar transfer restriction, subject to applicable exceptions or permitted opt-outs.
(c) Moving a domain name between accounts maintained by DNX does not, by itself, constitute an inter-registrar transfer.
(d) DNX shall not avoid or disregard mandatory ICANN approvals, Registry requirements, or applicable transfer procedures.
(e) Automated reassignment may proceed once all mandatory requirements and authorizations have been satisfied.
31.11 Completion of Buyback and Transfer of Rights
By validly exercising the buyback, the Customer agrees to sell, transfer, and assign to DNX Holdings LLC all transferable registration rights and interests associated with the entire applicable domain package.
The buyback is complete once the required registrant changes and internal account reassignment have been successfully processed.
Upon completion:
(a) DNX Holdings LLC shall become the Registered Name Holder of the acquired domains.
(b) Administrative control shall pass to the DNX Holdings LLC Account.
(c) The Customer shall relinquish the rights to manage, use, renew, sell, transfer, or otherwise control those domain names, subject to Applicable Law.
(d) DNX shall issue the appropriate Store Credit to the Customer's DNX Account.
(e) The completed transaction shall count toward the applicable monthly buyback allowance.
After acquisition, DNX Holdings LLC may retain, renew, develop, monetize, advertise, lease, list, market, transfer, or sell the acquired domain names.
Customers understand that DNX Holdings LLC may subsequently sell an acquired domain name for an amount above or below the Store Credit issued for the package.
The Customer shall have no right to future resale revenue, profits, commissions, royalties, or additional compensation derived from the acquired domains.
31.12 Buyback Processing and Failed Reassignments
After a valid buyback request is received, DNX may temporarily limit domain management and transfer functions for the affected package while completing the reassignment.
DNX shall use reasonable efforts to process the transaction promptly.
A timely and otherwise valid buyback election shall not expire merely because DNX requires additional processing time.
When a technical problem, Registry restriction, legal prohibition, or required verification prevents immediate completion, DNX may pause the transaction while the issue is investigated and resolved.
DNX shall not permanently retain the Customer's registration rights without delivering the agreed buyback consideration or another appropriate remedy permitted by law.
If the reassignment cannot lawfully be completed, DNX may cancel the proposed buyback and return control of the affected domains to the Customer, subject to applicable legal and policy obligations.
If the reassignment is completed but the corresponding Store Credit is not properly issued, DNX shall correct the crediting error without requiring the Customer to submit another buyback election.
31.13 Expiration and Termination of Buyback Rights
The optional contractual buyback right shall terminate upon the earliest of:
(a) Expiration of the applicable buyback period specified in Section 31.5 without a valid buyback election;
(b) The Customer's affirmative selection and confirmation of the designated "Keep Domains" option; or
(c) The Customer's valid submission of a buyback election, following which the rights and obligations relating to the reassignment shall be governed by Sections 31.9 through 31.12.
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer expressly agrees that the expiration of the applicable buyback window without a valid buyback election shall automatically constitute the Customer's contractual election to retain the domain names in the purchased package.
Upon expiration, the Customer shall retain all allocated domain names and the contractual buyback right shall immediately and permanently terminate.
The Domain Retention Acknowledgment set forth in Section 31.20.2 shall apply automatically in accordance with the Customer's prior acceptance of these Terms during checkout.
No additional acknowledgment, confirmation, checkbox, or affirmative action shall be required upon expiration of the buyback period.
The Customer shall continue holding the domain registrations under the ordinary Domain Registration Agreement and these Terms.
DNX is not required to honor late buyback requests.
If a verified DNX system malfunction materially prevents an otherwise eligible Customer from exercising a valid buyback right, DNX shall provide a reasonable opportunity to complete the election or another appropriate remedy.
Problems with the Customer's device, Internet connection, or failure to act before the deadline do not automatically extend the buyback period.
Nothing in this Section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.14 No Guaranteed Financial or Commercial Value
Customers acknowledge that newly registered domain names may have limited or nonexistent aftermarket demand and are not guaranteed to possess any resale value.
DNX provides no assurance or warranty concerning:
(a) Present or future resale prices.
(b) The likelihood that a third party will purchase a domain name.
(c) The ability to resell a domain name profitably.
(d) Suitability for a particular business, commercial, or personal use.
(e) Future appreciation.
(f) Any anticipated financial return.
(g) Freedom from intellectual property disputes or other third-party claims.
Professional domain curation is not a formal appraisal and does not establish guaranteed quality, value, or legal suitability.
Any descriptive information or automated assessments supplied by DNX are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
31.15 Nature of the Product and Random Allocation
A successfully fulfilled Mystery Box purchase delivers the advertised number of newly registered .com domain names.
The Program does not provide cash jackpots, monetary prizes, or guaranteed winnings based on which specific names are allocated.
The purchase price represents payment for the disclosed domain registration services.
Individual domain names are randomly selected from DNX's professionally curated Selection Pool.
The allocation process does not attach predetermined cash awards or guaranteed aftermarket values to specific domain names.
Eligible buyback consideration is determined by the purchased package and its qualifying purchase price, not by the perceived quality, marketability, or resale potential of the names allocated.
Nothing in this Article represents that the Program is necessarily exempt from laws governing products with randomized contents, promotional activities, or consumer transactions in every jurisdiction.
DNX may limit or discontinue availability in jurisdictions where necessary to comply with Applicable Law.
31.16 Fraud Prevention and Program Integrity
Customers shall not misuse or attempt to manipulate the Program.
Prohibited conduct includes:
(a) Making purchases using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
(b) Establishing additional Accounts to evade monthly buyback limits.
(c) Providing false identity information or inaccurate domain registration details.
(d) Interfering with or manipulating the Selection Pool, allocation process, or registration systems.
(e) Attempting to receive Store Credit without surrendering the complete applicable package.
(f) Submitting deceptive, fabricated, or otherwise invalid buyback requests.
(g) Selling, transferring, or encumbering affected domains while attempting to exercise a buyback.
(h) Violating these Terms, the Domain Registration Agreement, ICANN requirements, Registry policies, or Applicable Law.
DNX may reasonably investigate suspected misconduct, restrict participation, suspend affected Accounts, or reject invalid buyback elections, subject to Applicable Law.
DNX shall not arbitrarily refuse valid buyback consideration after successfully acquiring the corresponding registration rights.
31.17 Program Modifications and Availability
DNX may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Program prospectively for legitimate commercial, operational, security, legal, or regulatory reasons.
Changes affecting package quantities, pricing, buyback deadlines, or monthly allowances shall not retroactively remove contractual rights associated with completed qualifying purchases, except where required by Applicable Law.
DNX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Selection Pool or any specific package.
The Program may be restricted or unavailable in jurisdictions where additional legal or regulatory obligations apply.
31.18 Relationship to Other DNX Terms
This Article is incorporated into the DNX Terms of Service and shall be read together with the Domain Registration Agreement and other incorporated policies.
Except where this Article expressly provides otherwise, all provisions concerning fees, domain registration, Customer responsibilities, intellectual property, dispute resolution, indemnification, and limitations of liability remain applicable.
Despite Article 9 (Refund Policy), a Customer who qualifies for and successfully completes a Mystery Box buyback is contractually entitled to the applicable Store Credit following reassignment.
If the provisions of this Article conflict with other DNX Terms regarding the specific operation of the Mystery Box Program, this Article shall govern, except to the extent mandatory ICANN policies, Registry requirements, or Applicable Law require otherwise.
Nothing in this Article excludes statutory or other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.19 Trademark Disputes, UDRP Proceedings, and Indemnification
31.19.1 Trademark and Legal Risk Acknowledgment
Customers acknowledge that domain names offered through the Program are randomly distributed from a Selection Pool curated by DNX.
DNX may use automated assessments, research, screening methods, professional judgment, and proprietary selection systems when identifying eligible domain names.
These activities do not constitute comprehensive trademark searches, independent legal opinions, or guarantees that allocated domains are free from third-party intellectual property rights.
Customers understand that possessing, retaining, developing, advertising, monetizing, selling, transferring, or otherwise using a domain name may result in allegations of trademark infringement, service mark infringement, cybersquatting, unfair competition, or other legal violations.
The fact that DNX identified, curated, or allocated a particular domain name does not independently establish that the name is legally suitable for every proposed purpose.
31.19.2 Independent Due Diligence
Once the allocated domain names have been disclosed, the Customer is responsible for evaluating the legal suitability of retaining and using those names.
That evaluation may involve trademark research, consideration of existing third-party rights, and advice from qualified legal professionals.
Customers are not required to conduct a particular trademark search merely to maintain ordinary registration rights. However, they acknowledge that retaining or using a name without evaluating potential conflicts may expose them to legal disputes.
DNX does not provide comprehensive trademark clearance, individual legal advice, or assurances that any allocated domain name is free from third-party claims.
31.19.3 Domain Dispute Resolution
All domain names acquired through the Program are subject to applicable mandatory domain dispute procedures, including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP").
Customers acknowledge that allocated domain names may become subject to trademark complaints, UDRP proceedings, court actions, cancellation, suspension, or transfer.
DNX may undertake actions required or permitted under ICANN rules, Registry policies, binding court orders, or Applicable Law.
Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, DNX has no obligation to represent or defend the Customer in any such proceeding.
31.19.4 Customer Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Media Revolution Inc., doing business as DNX, DNX Holdings LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns (the "Indemnified Parties") against third-party claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent resulting from:
(a) The Customer's possession, retention, management, use, development, advertising, monetization, sale, transfer, or other handling of domain names acquired through the Program.
(b) Actual or alleged violations of third-party intellectual property rights resulting from the Customer's activities involving those names.
(c) UDRP complaints, cybersquatting allegations, trademark disputes, or related proceedings involving names registered to or controlled by the Customer, insofar as they arise from the Customer's conduct, representations, acts, or omissions.
(d) Breaches by the Customer of the Domain Registration Agreement, these Terms, ICANN policies, Registry requirements, or Applicable Law.
(e) Fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities undertaken by the Customer in connection with Program domain names.
This indemnification obligation shall not apply to the extent a claim or loss is caused by an Indemnified Party's own negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, breach of contract, or independent decisions concerning domain screening, selection, registration, marketing, or Program operations.
This exclusion does not excuse the Customer from responsibility for the Customer's own subsequent acts or omissions.
31.19.5 Defense and Cooperation
DNX shall provide reasonably prompt notice of any third-party claim for which indemnification is requested.
A delay in notification shall reduce or eliminate the applicable indemnification obligation only to the extent that the delay materially prejudices the Customer's ability to defend the claim.
Customers shall reasonably assist with investigations and the defense of qualifying claims.
DNX may participate in the defense through legal counsel selected by DNX.
The Customer shall not enter into a settlement that imposes an admission, obligation, or liability upon any Indemnified Party without that party's prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
31.19.6 No Warranty of Trademark Availability
DNX does not warrant or represent that a domain name contained in the Selection Pool:
(a) Is free from existing trademark or service mark rights.
(b) Is suitable for a specific commercial application.
(c) May legally be used in every jurisdiction.
(d) Is immune from UDRP proceedings or other legal challenges.
(e) Can be retained indefinitely without a dispute.
(f) Has any specified market value or resale potential.
All exclusions and disclaimers remain subject to mandatory consumer protections and Applicable Law.
31.19.7 Effect of Buyback on Liability
Following the successful reassignment of an entire package to DNX Holdings LLC, the Customer shall not be responsible for DNX Holdings LLC's subsequent independent registration, management, use, development, marketing, or disposition of the acquired domain names.
The Customer remains responsible for qualifying conduct, breaches, omissions, or unlawful activities occurring while the Customer held registration rights or exercised control.
The Customer shall not bear responsibility for claims arising exclusively from DNX Holdings LLC's later independent activities.
31.19.8 Survival
The obligations in this Section shall survive Account termination, expiration of a domain registration, and subsequent transfers, but only insofar as they relate to events and conduct for which the Customer is responsible under this Section.
Nothing herein removes mandatory legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.20 Customer Election to Retain Domains and Assumption of Responsibility
31.20.1 Opportunity to Review and Relinquish Domains
Following successful registration and disclosure of the domain names in a qualifying Mystery Box, the Customer shall have an opportunity to inspect the allocated names and exercise the optional buyback during the applicable period, unless the Customer has already affirmatively selected the final retention option.
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) An eligible Mystery Box purchase includes an optional contractual buyback feature.
(b) The buyback permits the Customer to relinquish the entire package in exchange for DNX Store Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the qualifying package purchase price.
(c) The buyback applies exclusively to the entire package, not selected individual domains.
(d) Selecting "Keep Domains" immediately and permanently terminates the contractual buyback right for that package.
(e) Failure to submit a valid buyback request or select "Keep Domains" before the buyback period expires automatically results in retention of the entire package and termination of the contractual buyback right.
(f) The Domain Retention Acknowledgment in Section 31.20.2 applies to both affirmative retention and automatic retention upon expiration, pursuant to the Customer's acceptance of these Terms during checkout.
The Customer expressly agrees to these procedures as a condition of participating in the Program.
No separate acknowledgment after domain revelation is required for these contractual procedures to apply.
31.20.2 Domain Retention Acknowledgment
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the following provisions shall apply if the Customer retains the allocated domain names, whether by affirmatively selecting "Keep Domains" or by allowing the applicable buyback period to expire without exercising the buyback.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) Following successful registration, the specific domain names included in the purchased package will be disclosed and made available for inspection through the Customer's DNX Account.
(b) The Customer will be provided an opportunity to review the allocated names during the applicable buyback period.
(c) Where eligible, the Customer will have access to the contractual buyback option, subject to the disclosed conditions, monthly limits, and expiration deadline.
(d) By affirmatively selecting "Keep Domains," the Customer makes a final contractual election to retain the entire package and immediately terminates the contractual buyback option, regardless of any remaining time.
(e) By allowing the applicable buyback period to expire without submitting a valid buyback election, the Customer shall automatically be deemed to have elected to retain the entire package under the terms expressly accepted during checkout. This automatic-retention outcome shall have the same contractual effect on the buyback right as an affirmative selection of "Keep Domains."
(f) The domain names are randomly allocated from a professionally curated Selection Pool maintained by DNX.
(g) Professional curation does not constitute comprehensive trademark clearance, a guarantee of legal suitability, or a warranty that any allocated domain name is free from third-party claims.
(h) The Customer accepts responsibility for evaluating the legal suitability of retained domain names and for the Customer's subsequent use, development, advertising, monetization, sale, or transfer of those names.
(i) Retaining domain names may expose the Customer to trademark disputes, UDRP proceedings, cybersquatting allegations, and other third-party claims.
(j) DNX has not provided individual legal advice or warranted that the retained domain names are suitable for any particular commercial activity.
(k) The Customer's decision to retain the domains, whether made affirmatively or resulting automatically from expiration under these Terms, carries the ordinary registration rights and responsibilities set forth in the Domain Registration Agreement.
(l) The Customer understands and expressly agrees during checkout that the Domain Retention Acknowledgment shall become applicable upon either affirmative retention or automatic retention without requiring a subsequent acknowledgment, checkbox, signature, or other affirmative action after the domain names are revealed.
Automatic retention shall not constitute a representation that the Customer actually viewed or individually reviewed each allocated domain name. Rather, it constitutes the contractual retention outcome expressly agreed to by the Customer during checkout.
31.20.3 Customer Release and Allocation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, by accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer agrees that, upon retaining the allocated domain names through either affirmative retention or automatic retention following expiration of the buyback period, the Customer shall not assert claims against Media Revolution Inc., doing business as DNX, DNX Holdings LLC, or their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents solely on the basis that DNX originally identified, curated, selected, or randomly allocated those domain names through the Program.
The Customer acknowledges that participation in the Program, acceptance of the disclosed allocation and retention procedures, and assumption of the ordinary legal responsibilities associated with retained domain registrations are voluntary contractual undertakings.
Where the Customer affirmatively selects "Keep Domains," the Customer acknowledges that the election is final and terminates the contractual buyback right.
Where the buyback period expires without a valid buyback election, the Customer agrees that automatic retention shall occur under the contractual procedure expressly accepted during checkout and that the corresponding retention responsibilities shall apply.
The Customer agrees that a subsequent UDRP complaint, trademark dispute, or other third-party claim shall not, merely because DNX selected the domain name, independently establish responsibility or liability on the part of DNX or DNX Holdings LLC.
The Customer assumes the ordinary legal risks arising from the Customer's subsequent possession, development, use, marketing, or transfer of retained domain names.
This Section does not release DNX or any other party from liability for its own fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, contractual breaches, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this Section restricts statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.20.4 Automatic Retention Upon Expiration
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer expressly agrees that failure to exercise the optional buyback or select the designated retention option before the applicable buyback period expires shall automatically constitute the Customer's contractual election to retain all domain names in the purchased package.
Upon expiration of the buyback period, the Customer shall automatically retain the domain names, the contractual buyback right shall immediately and permanently terminate, and the Domain Retention Acknowledgment set forth in Section 31.20.2 shall apply to the Customer in accordance with the agreement accepted at checkout.
No additional confirmation, acknowledgment, checkbox, or affirmative action shall be required at the time of expiration.
Automatic retention shall not constitute a representation that the Customer actually viewed or individually reviewed each allocated domain name.
The Customer shall retain the domain registrations subject to the DNX Domain Registration Agreement, these Terms, and Applicable Law.
Nothing in this Section limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.20.5 Confirmation and Recordkeeping
The Customer's acceptance of these Terms during checkout constitutes the required contractual agreement to the Domain Retention Acknowledgment and the automatic-retention procedure described in this Section.
No separate acknowledgment, checkbox, signature, or electronic confirmation shall be required after the allocated domain names are revealed.
DNX may maintain electronic records of:
(a) The specific domain names allocated and made available for inspection.
(b) The relevant transaction identifier and package type.
(c) The Customer's buyback eligibility and the applicable buyback commencement and expiration times.
(d) The version of the Terms of Service, including the Domain Retention Acknowledgment, accepted by the Customer during checkout.
(e) The date and time of the Customer's checkout acceptance.
(f) The Customer Account associated with the purchase.
(g) Any affirmative selection of "Keep Domains" and its recorded date and time.
(h) Any valid buyback election and its recorded date and time.
(i) Automatic expiration of the buyback period and the resulting automatic-retention status.
(j) The contractual retention outcome applicable to the purchase.
Where retention occurs automatically through expiration, DNX may record that the Customer contractually retained the domains under the Terms accepted at checkout.
Such records shall distinguish automatic retention from an affirmative selection of "Keep Domains" and shall not falsely indicate that the Customer clicked a retention button or individually inspected every allocated domain name.
These records may be retained and used for contractual administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, subject to Applicable Law and the DNX Privacy Policy.
31.20.6 Effect of Retention on Buyback Rights
By accepting these Terms during checkout, the Customer expressly agrees that the contractual buyback option shall immediately and permanently terminate upon either:
(a) The Customer's affirmative selection and confirmation of the designated "Keep Domains" option; or
(b) Automatic expiration of the applicable buyback period without a valid buyback election.
Where the Customer affirmatively selects "Keep Domains," that selection constitutes a final, binding contractual decision to retain the entire package.
Where the buyback period expires without a valid buyback election, the Customer shall automatically be deemed to have elected to retain the entire package pursuant to the automatic-retention procedure accepted during checkout.
In either circumstance, the Customer shall retain all domain names in the applicable package and shall no longer be entitled to exercise the contractual buyback for that purchase.
The Domain Retention Acknowledgment in Section 31.20.2 shall apply in both circumstances.
No additional acknowledgment, separate waiver, checkbox, or post-revelation confirmation shall be required to terminate the contractual buyback right.
Nothing in this Section limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
31.21 Severability and Mandatory Legal Protections
If any portion of this Article is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent allowed by Applicable Law.
Any affected provision shall be applied only insofar as it can lawfully be enforced consistently with its intended purpose.
Nothing in this Article excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters for which liability cannot lawfully be restricted.
No acknowledgment, disclaimer, indemnification obligation, release, contractual waiver, or other provision shall eliminate mandatory consumer or legal rights available under Applicable Law.
